Congratulations to the 2010 - 2011 Arkansas state scholarship winner, Mr. Koby Wilson.  Koby is a senior at Dewitt High School and a member of the Lower White River chapter.  Koby plans on attending University of Arkansas Monticello and working toward a degree in the law enforcement field.  Congratulations Koby!
