Congratulations to the 2011-2012 Arkansas state scholarship winner, Mr. Jacob Laird.  Jacob is a senior at Waldron High School and a member of the Poteau Mountain chapter.  Jacob plans on attending University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and has plans on studying to be a Math or Science teacher.  Congratulations Jacob!
